Each personalized jewelry piece is carefully made to order using the photograph and customization details you provide.

Please allow up to 4 days for order processing, personalization, and preparation before your order is shipped.

Processing time begins once your order and payment have been confirmed and we have received all the information required to complete your personalized item.

If additional information or clarification is needed to complete your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Processing times may be affected by unusually high order volumes, holidays, or circumstances that require additional preparation. If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law.

2. Worldwide Shipping & Delivery Times

We offer international shipping to the countries and regions available at checkout.

Our estimated shipping time is approximately 13 days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may vary depending on your destination, local delivery services, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any delivery date or timeframe expressly agreed with you at checkout or in your order confirmation will remain applicable, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Because our personalized jewelry is made specifically for each customer, we recommend contacting us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order.

We will review your request and confirm whether changes or cancellation are possible, taking into account the production status of your order and your rights under applicable law.

Once production or personalization has begun, voluntary changes or cancellations may no longer be available for custom-made products, except where required by law.

This does not affect your rights in the event of non-delivery, defective goods, incorrect items, or other circumstances covered by applicable consumer protection laws.
